Answers
 
  1. Some items that we carry may be returned while other items may not. Please email us to find out if your item is returnable or not. For items that are returnable, the item must be returned within the first 10 days from the date the item was delivered under the following conditions. Item must still be in an unused condition in its original, undamaged, unopened package/box. Items that have been opened will not be accepted therefore a refund will not be issued. All returns are charged a 20% restocking fee (no exceptions). Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping an item back to us.
  2. Returns will not be accepted without authorization. Please email us to get authorization.
  3. You can contact us by way of email. Our email address is brinasbabyboutique@yahoo.com. Our hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. If you contact us during non-business hours we will contact you on our next business day.
  4. If you are looking for a product that we don not currently carry just send us an email and we will try our best to find the product for you. Be sure to check our site frequently as we are always adding new products.
  5. Currently we do not accept orders over the phone.
  6. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. These payments are processed by PayPal which is a secure payment processing website. At PayPal you can pay with one of the listed credit cards, PayPal Card, or with your checking account. Click the link at the bottom of page for more information on PayPal and their services.
  7. No, it is not required for you to have a PayPal account to pay for your order. However, having a PayPal account just makes paying for your future purchases a little easier. PayPal keeps up with your purchases so that you can go back and view them at a later time. Click the link at the bottom of the page for more information on PayPal.
  8. Orders are processed Monday-Friday during normal business hours. Please allow 5-7 business days from the date your order was processed to receive it.
  9. We only charge sales tax on orders that are shipped to addresses in the state of Louisiana. If your order is not shipped to an address in Louisiana you will not be charged sales tax.
